Well-kept carpet can stay plush, comfortable, and beautiful for years when you build a few smart habits into your routine. The right mix of regular cleaning, fast stain response, and simple prevention protects both the look and the lifespan of your floors.
- Cleaning frequency matters most: Vacuum in the direction of the pile, light broom regularly, and schedule professional cleaning every 12 to 18 months to keep carpet fibers fresh and lasting.
- Spill Care: Gently dab spills with a clean, dry cloth and allow the rug to air dry completely. For persistent stains, consult a professional rug cleaner.
